With a degree in Mechanical Engineering, working in the Technology solutions arena was a natural progression for Declan. At Synergi, Declan manages our Southern office, working with organisations on process automation, collaboration, and insight, using our suite of partner solutions. Declan has successfully managed projects at Synergi for Lloyds of London, the AA and Yorkshire Water. He strongly believes in collaboration not only as a solution but as a way of working with clients to ensure projects are delivered on time and to budget.
Tell us how your career in technology began...
In the year 2000, after 10 years In the oil industry I changed career direction entirely by joining a local software author helping organisations understand how to use Supply Chain optimisation software.
Which technology trend should we look out for in 2024?
It has to be AI and how it can be harnessed to make the world of work more productive.

Not much. Consistently have a sleep score in the 90s.
