Princes: Using Valo to communicate, collaborate and innovate together
Synergi planned the communication, launch and adoption plans as part of the project. All of which formed an integral part of the intranet project design. We ensured all audiences and content creators across the organisation had the best support from the launch point and got the most out of the intranet from day one.
Regarding the wider digital workplace, we have a number of ways to monitor and track success. The internal support and customer success team at Synergi regularly review and monitor success using the Valo analytics and metrics tool to inform the team of adoption progress. Using the Valo analytics tool, we highlight which areas are utilised well and which need more support.
In addition to the above, within the intranet, we can capture requests and ideas from the teams at Princes and have frequent sessions with the team to put these suggestions into the next work phases. There will be a focus on further enhancing content, workflow, and apps they have access to, further enhancing the social and cultural engagement. Finally, we will promote regular polls as part of the platform to gain a temperature check from Princes audiences to guide the elements that will drive the most value and success from their new digital workplace.
