Crosbys are nominated distributors for all major catering industry products, providing manufacturing expertise, customer commitment, and support, with a large warehouse, a showroom and a team of online and offline sales consultants. Having outgrown their legacy Pegasus system, and finding that an existing Sage 200 solution wasn't working for them either, a future proof solution with no expensive hardware to upgrade and real cloud connectivity to enable "always on, always accessible" working was needed.
Crosbys chose Microsoft's Business Central for its modern, cloud-based solution, its intuitive user experience, and enhanced capabilities to foster growth whilst connecting all departments and remote teams. Synergi was the natural choice as a partner to manage the migration across for Crosbys.
We worked closely with the project team to implement and deploy the new software. A new way of working and learning via the use of demo environments helped bring in the system and the deployment went live on time.
